September 11, 2026 – Weekly Ways To Engage

Happy Friday!

Next Monday, September 15th, is National Voter Registration Day. While the USPS voter suppression rule is moving through the courts, we need to work hard to get massive turnout and to encourage everyone to vote early!

The coming weeks are critical for increasing voter registration. Check out this interactive map from The Civics Center that shows data for young people coming of voting age in every state this year.

Read on for opportunities to get involved and local events in this week’s ‘Ways to Engage’ series from Alaska Forward!

Upcoming Events – Mark your calendars and be sure to check out the MARCHAGAINST.ORG, Stand Up Alaska, and ALASKADEMOCRATS.ORG to take action in Alaska!
