February 27, 2026 – Weekly Ways To Engage

Happy Friday! On Tuesday, President Trump stood before Congress to sell a fantasy of strength and success, but we know the truth: the state of our union is not good. From the Epstein cover-up, disregard for the rule of law, terrorizing communities with ICE, to the economic devastation from illegal tariffs, this administration’s actions are an assault on our democratic values. But we have the power to push back together!

Read on for new opportunities to participate in the No Kings nationwide day of action on March 28 and check out this social toolkit from Women Forward. Also, International Women’s Day is on March 8, so pledge to take action!  See below for more upcoming events and other ways to get involved in this week’s “Ways to Engage” series from Alaska Forward!
